🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

All shipments are handled by Roposo Clout and its trusted courier partners.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) only model.

No advance payment is required.

You pay only when the product reaches your doorstep.

COD is available across most locations in India as per Roposo Clout’s serviceability.

📬 Tracking & Support

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

In case of delivery issues, delays, or shipment-related queries, Roposo Clout's logistics team handles all escalations.

However, you can always reach out to our customer care, and we will coordinate with the backend team for quick resolution.

⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an unreachable number, incorrect address, or customer unavailability:

A second attempt may be made.

If the second attempt fails, the order may be automatically cancelled by the logistics provider.
