We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.


⚠️ IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY

🚫 NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE, QUALITY OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES.

👕 Our products are Free Size.

🔍 REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.

📹 UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN.

NOTE: बिना Opening वीडियो के किसी भी condition में प्रोडक्ट Return नहीं होगा (Product will not be returned under any condition without opening video.)


✅ Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only to the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Received – must be verified via unboxing video.

  • Defective or Damaged item received – must be verified via unboxing video.


❌ The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 1-day replacement policy:

  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.

  • Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Health products are not returnable.


To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.

Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted.
The decision of our team in this regard is final.


💰 Return Fees & Refund Terms

  • We charge a flat return fee of ₹120 in case of accepted returns of size issues.

  • In case of Prepaid Orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to the customer’s UPI ID or QR Code after deducting shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier person without checking the COD amount on the bill.

  • If the customer contacts us after the 1-day return policy has lapsed, Kansa Shop will not process those requests.

  • Approved returns will only be credited to your UPI ID or QR Code.


🧾 Return Instructions (For Damaged Products)

अगर आपका प्रोडक्ट कहीं से खराब है या Damage है तो आप प्रोडक्ट की फोटो, बिल की फोटो और ओपनिंग वीडियो उसी मेल आईडी पर भेज सकते हैं,
जिस मेल से आपको ऑर्डर कन्फर्मेशन का मेल आया हो।
डिलीवरी की तारीख से केवल 1 दिन का समय होगा — उसके बाद यह वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

नोट: बिना ओपनिंग वीडियो और इनवॉइस के आपको कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आएगा।

English Translation:
If your product is damaged somewhere, you can send the product photo, bill photo, and opening video to the same mail ID from which you received the order confirmation email.
You have only 1 day from the date of delivery — after that, it will not be refunded.


💸 Refunds

We only issue refunds to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking in exceptional cases where:

  • The item is delivered with a delay of multiple weeks, or

  • The customer has repeatedly received incorrect or damaged items.


🔁 To start a return/replacement:

  1. Please email your order number and phone/email to: 📧 jaihanuman001h@gmail.com

  2. You will be given an option to return your item.

  3. Include your order number, photos, and unboxing video of the damaged product along with your comments.

  4. If your order is eligible for a return, we will initiate a return courier request.

  5. After the courier partner has returned the product, we will inspect it. Upon approval, if eligible, you will get the amount in your UPI ID or QR Code.

  6. If your order is eligible for a refund, send your UPI ID to 📧 jaihanuman001h@gmail.com


🚚 Return Courier Note

If a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pincode (unfortunately, not all courier partners offer return services), you will need to courier the product back to us.
We will issue the replacement after the product is delivered to us and inspected.


🧩 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
